1. Adopt international advanced triple nozzle anti-blocking technology
This machine has unique nozzle anti-blocking function. It has independent solvent pump and lapidary nozzle with unique nozzle cleaning procedures.
First, automatically inject solvent when starting up, avoiding clogging nozzles with injecting ink, which greatly reduces the daily maintenance work.
Second, automatically inject solvent to clean nozzles and recycle pipelines when shutting down the machine, ensuring unblocked nozzles and ink pipes while next time starting up. This improves the stability of equipment operation.
Besides, nozzle plates can be removed solely and then clean it in the ultrasonic container, thoroughly solving the congestion problem.
2. Automatic power-off protection system
When the outside world suddenly loses power, in order to protect the nozzle component and printed items, and avoid the dirty, the dedicated UPS power supply system can guarantee the equipment running for a period of time,so the nozzle won’t flow.
3. A perfect interface
Using pinyin input method and location input method, with a full set of Chinese and English characters, large screen LCD display, dot matrix directly editing function, WYSIWYG. Operation is more convenient.
It can store more information. Combined with spray printing three lines, patterns anti-fake function, and flexible choice of lines and rows, the font is more beautiful and the function is more powerful.
